Swim Squads


The Athlete program is targeted at Surf and Multi-Sport Athletes. Mainly freestyle based; this squad will improve the athlete’s stroke technique, fitness, speed and endurance.   Sessions are 1.5 hours in length and averaging 4-5 km depending on abilities.

Athlete Squad

These 60 minute sessions are mainly freestyle based and focus on fitness and technique work.  This squad is perfect for anyone over 12 years of age wanting to get back into swimming or keep up their swim fitness in a more social setting.  A fun, friendly yet challenging program coached by Silver and Bronze level coaching staff that caters to each swimmers needs.  From beginners to the experienced this group will provide the support and encouragement to keep swimming. 

Fitness Squad

Junior squad continues on from the learnings achieved through the Bronze , Silver and Gold squads.  With sessions increasing to 1.5hrs this group will continue to work on their fitness, strength and endurance with an enhanced focus on individual stroke technique.  Once your junior swimmer is ready to move on and up with their swimming we encourage an individual meeting with our coaching staff to discuss which pathway will be the most suitable to in line with the goals of your swimmer.

Junior Squad

Our Target squad consists of swim athletes who are preparing to compete at State and National level.  This dedicated group work closely with our Head Coach, Barry Kime, to ensure their training requirements align with their individualised goals. Entry into this squad is through invitation or one on one meeting with the Head Coach.  This squad has achieved excellent success in both Open Water and Pool competitions over the past few years with multiple medalists and Top 10 finalists.  Squad sessions are a minimum 2hrs per session.
